Simon has been involved in Jersey and International Litigation since 1996, qualifying as an English Barrister in 1991 at what was then the Chambers of Michael Brent QC. Simon returned to Jersey and joined Bedell Cristin as a litigator where he became a partnership in 1998. Whether creating precedent along the way, battling to achieve his client’s goals, or quietly negotiating a settlement, Simon's focus never waivers from trying to achieve the best possible solution.
